- Accommodation cannot be booked unless a deposit of the first night's room fee is included in your registration payment.

- A Tax Invoice will be issued by the hotel upon check-out.
- Any change to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser and not directly to the hotel.
- Unless notification of cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date, the accommodation deposit will be forfeited in all instances (as per Hotel Policy)
STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
Queens College University of Melbourne, Parkville
There are a limited number of rooms available for student delegates attending the ACOFT. Queens College has 10 single student rooms available for a minimum of four nights during the period 10 - 13 July 2006.
